We look forward to receiving many submissions from everyone.</p><p> Please note that if entries are submitted by junior high or high school units, please apply using the separate entry form and submission tally sheet.</p><p> </p><p>Application Period: July 1, 2023 (Sat) - August 25 (Fri) (Must be postmarked by August 25)</p>
